Buhl Man Accused of Holding Woman as Sex Slave Arraigned

Buhl, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Buhl man accused of kidnapping a woman and holding her as a sex slave for a year and a half was arraigned at district court Monday. Oscar Ayala entered a not guilty plea for the three charges against him, which are kidnapping, first-degree rape, and possession of a controlled substance. A pretrial is scheduled for November 3rd at the Twin Falls District Court. Jury selection will be held November 14th, and the jury trial is set to begin on the 17th. Ayala was arrested on May 14th at his home in rural Twin Falls County
