Doug Maughan and Mary from the College of Southern Idaho Stopped by the show this morning to share some fun activities you can catch at CSI over the next week or so.

  • Arts on Tour is bringing the Boston Brass to town next Wednesday night. These five guys are anything but stuffy or snooty. They’re funny, talented, and do a surprising range of musical styles for all ages and tastes. They’ve been performing all over the world for the past 25 years. This is their first trip to Twin Falls. Tickets are on sale at the CSI Fine Arts Box Office or online for $18 each. (we’ll have some tickets for you, too)
  • Bestselling author, Dr. Carol Tavris will speak at CSI at 7 p.m. next Friday, April 6th. Her most recent book is Mistakes Were Made, But Not By Me! She’s a social psychologist who has lectured and written extensively on politics, the criminal justice system, and conflicts at the international and family levels. She’s part of CSI’s Eagle View Lecture Series. Everyone is welcome and admission is free of charge. Seating is limited to 300 people in the Fine Arts Theater. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. next Friday.
  • Cowboy Poet Baxter Black is coming back to CSI Wednesday, April 11th. You can get tickets in advance for just $15 each now at Vickers in Twin Falls, the Valley Country Store in Buhl, or the Shoe and Tack Shop in Jerome. They’re also at the CSI Ag office in the Evergreen building. Tickets at the door on Wednesday, the 11th will be $20 each.
  • The CSI Early Childhood Education students are holding their fundraiser ‘Date Night’ Friday, the 13th. Childcare for your kids, ages 2 to 10 from 6 to 10 p.m. that evening for just $10. Sign up now by calling Jennifer Patterson at 732-6884.
