Body Found In Snake River Identified

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Twin Falls County authorities say they have identified the body that was found in the Snake River on the evening of May 24.

According to the Sheriff’s office the male has been identified as Brandon A. Bean, 23 who was missing out of Canyon County. He was last seen on December 23, when it was reported he took a bus to Twin Falls.

On May 24, a kayaker reported seeing a body in the Snake River west of the Centennial boat docks and east of the water treatment plant. Positive identification was determined late last week through the use of dental records.

Due to the length of time the body was in the water, no cause of death was determined, however, foul play is not suspected in this death.
