Find out what happened two years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum in the animated movie, 'Batman: Assault on Arkham.'

Here's a seven-minute sneak peek at the making of 'Batman: Assault on Arkham' that focuses on the story and voice talents that bring the cast of characters to life. Set two years before Batman: Arkham Asylum, this animated feature will seek to fill in the gaps in the story while presenting an original story starring Task Force X, otherwise known as the Suicide Squad, a band of villains being made to perform dangerous tasks for the greater good.

According to co-director Jay Oliva, the movie was approached as a Guy Ritchie-esque heist film, with much of the spotlight cast on the Suicide Squad. While Batman is off performing his usual heroics, the Suicide Squad are sent into Arkham to retrieve valuable intel from The Riddler for Amanda Waller.

The video also shows veteran voice director and casting director Andrea Romano as well as some of the voice actors reprising their roles, such as Kevin Conroy as Batman and Troy Baker as The Joker. It's great to see the voice talents continue on from the games and we're looking forward to seeing how the action all plays out and ties together when 'Batman: Assault on Arkham' is released this summer on DVD, Blu-ray and digital download.
