It only looks like Christmas outside on the east coast, but The CW has delivered early presents for fans of its most popular series, including 'Arrow,' 'Supernatural,' 'The Vampire Diaries,' its spinoff 'The Originals' and period soap 'Reign.' All five series have been renewed for additional seasons to carry into 2015!

'Arrow' and 'Supernatural' are certainly no brainers, given that the former DC drama has only increased in popularity and quality with its second season, while CW president Mark Pedowitz has essentially confirmed that 'Supernatural' can run as long as it pleases, given its steady performance. 'The Vampire Diaries' shouldn't surprise anyone either, while 'The Originals' will be given another shot to develop its own fanbase, and even 'Reign' has developed a smaller, but devoted following in its historical revision of Mary, Queen of Scots.

"This season we've had great success with our new hit series 'The Originals' paired with 'Supernatural,' giving us our best Tuesday nights in years," said Pedowitz of the announcement, which edges out its network competition. "'The Vampire Diaries' is #2 in its time period in the young adult demos, and with 'Arrow' continuing to gain among young men, and 'Reign' growing its time period, we now have strong nights on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm very pleased to announce early pickups for all five series, and let our fans know they’ll have more great drama to look forward to next season."

Still unclear is the fate of 'The Tomorrow People,' 'The Carrie Diaries' or 'Hart of Dixie,' while the network preps to unveil 'Star-Crossed' and 'The 100.' Joyous news all the same, celebrate the 'Arrow' season 3 and 'Supernatural' season 10 (and okay fine, the others) in the comments below!
