Are Country Folk or City Folk Better Drivers?

I'm not sure where we derailed our discussion about the proposed backwards parking in Twin Falls but today somehow our trail led to a discussion about whether or not people who live in country are better drivers that people who live in the city.

Many of you seem to think that growing up driving in a rural area, seems to make you a better driver, especially when it comes to backing things up.
