American Idol Rejected Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott

LADY ANTEBELLUM'S HILLARY SCOTT is a big fan of "American Idol" . . . even though she auditioned twice, and was REJECTED both times.  She told "Entertainment Tonight", quote, "I never even got to see (the judges).

"I literally performed for the production assistants and the interns, and I just didn't make it."

But Hillary has no hard feelings.  In fact, she's totally getting into this year's "Idol".  She says, quote, "I'm a huge fan of the show.  I think the judges are awesome.  I think the talent looks great."
