UPDATE, 4:40 p.m.: The Spokane County Sheriff's Office has told KHQ that the AMBER Alert has been cancelled. Danika Packard and her mother, Tracy Packard, have been located. 

POST FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 6-year-old Post Falls girl.

According to the AMBER Alert website, Danika Packard was last seen taken from her elementary school by her mother, Tracy Packard, and was traveling eastbound on Interstate 90 and McQuire Road, Spokane Valley. The site says it is believed that young Danika Packard may be in danger.

Danika is 4 feet tall, weighs about 55 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a pink or purple top.

Tracy Packard is described as 35 years old, with brown hair. She is 5 foot 6 inches tall, and weighs about 170 pounds. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue hoodie with white lettering. She was traveling in a 2002 maroon/burgundy or purple Buick Lesabre with Washington license plate number 934YVS.
