It's obvious that some of the internet writers who have traveled through Twin Falls have eaten here - and been very impressed. One of our own eateries was just called out for making one of the best sandwiches ever. That's some mighty high praise for a sandwich.

Congrats to you, Twin Falls Sandwich Company. Only In Your State has named your Pesto Chicken sandwich as one of the best sandwiches ever. Or, at least in Idaho. Still, that must be some very impressive chicken there.

I will admit that I'm a little confused by the Only In Your State shout-out. But, not because of the praise for Twin Falls Sandwich Company. They're awesome. My confusion is that the picture they show looks like a Po'boy. This is normally what a chicken pesto sandwich looks like. So, which sandwich earned this honor? Chicken Pesto or Po'boy?

No matter. All of this sandwich talk has made me hungry.
