A Man Shoots a Dog For Pooping In His Yard

Over the weekend, 64-year-old Robert Hohenberger of Clayton County, Georgia was arrested after he admitted to shooting his neighbor’s Chihuahua in the BUTT with a BB gun.  He says he did it because the dog pooped in his yard.

That’s bad and all, but we’re not into the story because of that.  No, we’re into the story because of what the dog’s owner told the police.

Her name is Leticia Mendoza.  And she told the police it was impossible that her dog pooped in Robert’s yard because he’d just pooped . . . IN HER HOUSE.  Where apparently, he poops regularly.

Robert was charged with animal cruelty.

This brings up the question…what do you do if you see a dog pooing your yard?
