5th Annual Community Partnerships in Action BBQ This Saturday

South Central Community Action Partnership is celebrated 45 years of providing services to low-income families throughout the Magic Valley.

This year’s event:  We are expecting a much larger event with about 80 community service organizations many returning from last year and lots of new partners that will share information about their programs to approximately 5000 people this year.

We will be offering a free BBQ of hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, ice cream and cold drinks.  We will also have games for kids including Bouncy houses, Don’s Mini Train and the Home Depot Kids Clinic.  Lots of great music from Jerome High School and Minico High School.   This year we will again have lots raffle prizes that have been donated by local businesses and will be given away throughout the event.

September 17, 2010, Twin Falls City Park, 11:00 - 3:00. This is a community awareness event and is free to the general public. It is being made possible by our many sponsors and donors.  Some of our major sponsors include DL Evans Bank, Idaho Housing & Finance, Magic Valley Bank, Times News, US Bank, Wells Fargo, First Federal, Idaho Milk Products and KMVT.
