44% of Us May Have a Virus That Makes Us Stupid

A new study found 44% of people might be carrying around a virus that makes them dumber.  It's a virus called ATCV-1 that used to only affect algae, but a new study found it in humans and those people did worse on intelligence tests than people without it.  So now researchers are trying to figure out how we got it and how to fight it.
