$140 For Water?

I haven't lived in Buhl for very long, but I like it. I'm five minutes from my mom's house, just around the corner from the park, and I'm within walking distance of Ridley's and the new McDonald's. I like that! But I have one question: Why is water and garbage $140 a month?

I'm not here to rant about any of the Buhl city services (they are what they are), but $140 seems a bit extreme to me. I'm honestly looking for someone to explain why water and trash service costs that much.
