10 Easy and Cheap Teacher Appreciation Gifts

If you are like most mothers you probably haven't even started thinking about Teacher Appreciation Week. If you have no idea what to get your child's teacher we put together a list for you.

1. Buy a $5 summer tote bag and attach a tag that says, "You are tote-lly awesome" on the tag

2. Buy a summer plant or some flowers and attach a tag that says, "Thanks for helping us grow".

3. Purchase a some mints of gum and attach a tag that says, "You were mint to teach."

4. Have you child make a homemade card and buy a small gift card to a local ice cream or sandwich shop.

5. Make cookies and thank her for being so sweet to your child.

6. Fill a cute jar with highlighters and attach a tag that says, "You have been the highlight of my year"

7. Everyone loves getting flowers. So, if you are running really behind, make a phone call to your local florist and have flowers delivered to the school.

8. Have your child paint paint a flower and use their hands for the leaves. Or paint the word "love" and use your child's feet for the "v" and their hand for the "o".

9. Buy or make a cute sign that says, "Stay calm and teach on".

10. Give your teacher a night off and buy a movie or dinner gift card. Attach the gift card to a big of popcorn or her favorite beverage.
